HUMAN RESOURCES DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To conduct the work in a way that ensures it aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and core values,
  • To plan the university's academic and administrative personnel policy and strategy,
  • To coordinate and supervise the work related to the development of the university's organizational structure,
  • To determine or ensure the determination of the required number and qualifications of academic and administrative personnel and to plan future human resources accordingly.
  • To plan and coordinate the planning of administrative and academic staff,
  • To coordinate the evaluation of the qualifications of candidates applying for or appointed to work at the university and the hiring of those deemed suitable,
  • To plan and coordinate the implementation of arrangements that increase the success, adaptation level, motivation and productivity of academic and administrative staff,
  • To ensure and supervise the development of performance scales for evaluating the performance of academic and administrative staff,
  • To research methods for determining the in-service training needs of administrative staff, to determine the method to be applied and to periodically identify training needs.
  • To ensure and supervise the necessary procedures for its implementation,
  • To comply with occupational health and safety rules and to ensure that the persons under their responsibility or with whom they work comply with these rules,
  • To ensure that the activities in their area of ​​responsibility are carried out in accordance with the definitions and requirements of the existing Internal Control System,
  • To be responsible for the quality of the work they do and to control the quality of the work carried out within their area of ​​responsibility,
  • To perform other duties assigned by their manager in relation to their area of ​​responsibility.
