TENDER NOTICE

The procurement of educational and office furniture will be tendered through an open tender procedure in accordance with Article 16 of the Ankara Bilim University Tender Regulation. Detailed information regarding the tender is provided below:

4- Conditions for participation in the tender, required documents, and criteria to be applied during the qualification assessment
4.1. Tender participation requirements and required documents:
4.1.1. Signature declaration or signature circular demonstrating authorization to submit an offer;
4.1.1.1. In case of a natural person, a notarized signature declaration;
4.1.1.2. In case of a legal entity, the document indicating the latest status of partnership information and management officials for legal entities, as annexed to this Specification, and the legal entity's notarized signature circular;
4.1.2. An offer letter, the form and content of which conform to the standard form in the Annex to the Administrative Specifications;
4.1.3. A provisional guarantee letter, the form and content of which conform to the standard form for the provisional guarantee specified in the Administrative Specifications, or receipts demonstrating that guarantees other than provisional guarantees, have been deposited with the Accounting Office or Accounting Directorates;
4.1.4. In the case of participating in the tender by proxy, a notarized power of attorney issued in the name of the proxy for participation in the tender, along with the proxy's notarized signature declaration.
4.1.5. If the bidder is a joint venture, a business partnership declaration in accordance with the standard form included in the annex of the Administrative Specifications.
4.1.6. In the case of employing subcontractors, a list of the works that the bidder intends to have performed by the subcontractors.
4.1.7. If a price advantage is granted to those offering domestic goods, a domestic goods certificate to be submitted by those wishing to take advantage of this advantage.
4.1.8. If the document submitted by a legal entity to demonstrate business experience belongs to a partner who owns more than half of the legal entity's shares and is authorized to represent and manage contracts related to tenders to be held in accordance with the Law, a document in standard form issued by the trade registry directorates within the chamber of commerce and industry/chamber of commerce or a certified public accountant or certified public accountant after the initial announcement date, demonstrating that these conditions have been maintained uninterruptedly for the past one year from the date of issue.
4.1.9. Document certifying receipt of the tender document.

4.2. Documents related to economic and financial competence and the criteria these documents must meet:
4.2.1. No criteria related to economic and financial competence have been determined by the administration.

4.3. Documents related to professional and technical competence and the criteria these documents must meet:
4.3.1. The Administration has not determined any criteria for professional and technical competence.
4.3.2. Samples, catalogs, photographs, and detailed technical information for the materials to be procured, as well as catalogs and similar promotional materials to verify that the offered materials comply with the specifications specified in the requirements list, must also be submitted.
5- The most economically advantageous bid will be determined solely on the basis of price.
6- The tender is open to all domestic and foreign bidders, and bidders offering domestic goods will receive a 1% (one percent) price advantage throughout the tender.
7- Viewing the tender documents:
7.1. The tender documents can be viewed at the Administration's website.
7.2. Bidders are required to obtain the tender document approved by the administration.
8- Bids can be hand-delivered to the Ankara Bilim University Administrative Affairs Unit, Çamlıca Mahallesi Anadolu Bulvarı No:16A/1 Yenimahalle/ANKARA, by the tender date and time, or sent via registered mail to the same address.
9- Bidders can submit their bids for the item(s)Bids will be submitted based on unit prices. Following the tender, a unit price contract will be signed with the awarded bidder based on the total price calculated by multiplying the quantity of each item by the unit prices offered for these items. Bids will be submitted for the entire project in this tender.
10- Bidders will provide a provisional guarantee of an amount determined by them, not less than 3% of the bid price.
11- The validity period of submitted bids is 90 (ninety) calendar days from the tender date.
12- Bids cannot be submitted as a consortium.
13- There will be no electronic auctions in this tender.
