Registration Guide

📢 Dear Students,

We congratulate you on being eligible to enroll at Ankara Bilim University and wish you success in your studies. All the information you'll need for the final registration process is explained step by step below.

1. Registration Methods

Registration via e-Government

Address: www.turkiye.gov.tr

Steps:

  • Log in with your e-Government password.
  • Complete your process from the 'E-Services' → 'Council of Higher Education' → 'University E-Registration' tab.
  • Be sure to print and keep your registration document.

Important

  • Registrations for students with full scholarships will be opened automatically through the system.
  • Registration for paying students will be opened after confirmation with bank payment lists or receipts sent to kayit@ankarabilim.edu.tr.
  • Students who register via e-Government do not need to come to the university, but their documents must be delivered by mail or by hand by September 22, 2025 at the latest.

2. Documents Required for Final Registration

Mandatory Documents

  • ÖSYS (YKS) Result Document
  • Original diploma or E-Government Graduation Certificate
  • Copy of identity card (can be obtained via e-Government)
  • Residence certificate (can be obtained via e-Government)
  • Military service status document for male candidates (can be obtained via e-Government)
  • 5 passport photos (4.5 x 6 cm, taken within the last 6 months)
  • Bank receipt / payment document or payment plan received from contracted banks
  • Letter of Undertaking
  • Explicit Consent Text
  • Student Education Agreement

3. Payment Transactions

Payment Methods

  • Vakıf Katılım

The receipt or payment plan received after payment must be submitted during registration.

4. Course Registration and Training Calendar
