Registration Guide

📢 Dear Students,

We congratulate you on being eligible to enroll at Ankara Bilim University and wish you success in your studies. All the information you'll need for the final registration process is explained step by step below.

Registration Guide

24 - 26 Ağustos 2026

The departments of our university where registration can be done via Electronic Registration (E-Registration) are listed below. In order to register for one of these departments, you can register via https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/yok-universite-ekayit with your e-Government password between August 24-26, 2026.

(Detailed explanations on how to perform E-Registration can be found in the Council of Higher Education University E-Registration Guide.)

(*) Students who will register electronically must first pay the tuition fee. If the paid fee receipt is sent to kayit@ankarabilim.edu.tr via e-mail, approval is given for E-Registration. After these procedures, the system is opened for registration via e-Government.

Documents to be Delivered After E-Registration

Note: Students who register electronically must deliver the documents listed below to the Department of Student Affairs by October 5, 2026.

  • Barcoded printout proving E-Registration,
  • YKS Placement Result Document,
  • Certificate of Identity Register Copy (e-Government Printout),
  • Residence Certificate (e-Government Printout),
  • High school diploma e-Government printout (students who cannot obtain it must bring the original and a photocopy),
  • Military service status document from e-Government or certificate from Military Office for male students born in 2006 and earlier,
  • 5 Passport Photos (4.5 X 6 Size, Colored),
  • Student Education Agreement
  • Explicit Consent Text
  • Letter of Undertaking
24 - 28 Ağustos 2026 | 09:00 - 17:00

Students coming for face-to-face registration can complete their processes by coming to the faculty with required documents between 24-28 August 2026, from 09:00 to 17:00.

Documents Required for Face-to-Face Registration

  • 1. YKS Placement Result Document,
  • 2. Bank Receipt Printout (for Paying Students),
  • 3. Certificate of Identity Register Copy (e-Government Printout),
  • 4. Residence Certificate (e-Government Printout),
  • 5. Military service status document from e-Government or certificate from Military Office for male students born in 2006 and earlier,
  • 6. High school diploma e-Government printout (students who cannot obtain it must bring the original and a photocopy),
  • 7. 5 Passport Photos (4.5 X 6 Size, Colored),
  • 8. Student Education Agreement
  • 9. Explicit Consent Text,
  • 10. Letter of Undertaking

(**) Additional documents required for programs with special conditions (medical report, criminal record certificate) are specified below.

(**) Special Condition Programs and Face-to-Face Registration Departments

PROGRAMS SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Pilotage (Bachelor's)
1) Obtain a medical report complying with ICAO Annex-1 Class 1 regulations from authorized health institutions by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. (Fit to Fly Report)
2) Have no criminal record or criminal archive record that prevents becoming a pilot (E-Government printout).
Air Traffic Control (Bachelor's)
1) Obtain a medical report complying with ICAO Annex-1 Class 3 regulations from authorized health institutions by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
2) Have no criminal record or criminal archive record that prevents obtaining an airport entry card (E-Government printout).
Aviation Management (Bachelor's)
1) Obtain a medical committee report from a full-fledged hospital within the last 6 months, stating that there is no health problem (such as hearing loss/deficiency, vision loss/deficiency, etc.) that prevents performing the profession and/or the assigned task (must be approved by at least 5 physicians).
2) Have no criminal record or criminal archive record that prevents obtaining an airport entry card (E-Government printout).
Aircraft Technology (Associate Degree)
1) Obtain a medical committee report from a full-fledged hospital within the last 6 months, stating that there is no health problem (such as hearing loss/deficiency, vision loss/deficiency, etc.) that prevents performing the profession and/or the assigned task (must be approved by at least 5 physicians).
2) Have no criminal record or criminal archive record that prevents obtaining an airport entry card (E-Government printout).
