The International Student Affairs Unit is responsible for handling the administrative and official procedures of students throughout their education.
Our Main Duties:
- To complete the registration process of international students through the online system
- To check and approve the necessary documents (High School Diploma, Transcript, Passport, Equivalency Certificate)
- To prepare official student documents
- Student Certificate
- Transcript (Grades) Documentation)
- Student Status Certificate
- Registration Confirmation Certificate
- Preparing the necessary official documents for residence permit applications
- Residence and immigration Providing guidance on procedures
- Providing support in residence renewal and update processes
- Coordinating with other university units regarding student registrations
- Providing information about academic and legal requirements
- Following up on missing documents
- Ensuring the accurate and confidential archiving of student information Handling all business and procedures for international students from registration to graduation
