  • Managing the institution's communications department budget,
  • Managing corporate identity activities,
  • Properly and effectively managing and monitoring relationships with partner agencies (media, PR, web agencies, etc.),
  • Effectively using all the institution's communication channels,
  • Planning, organizing, and managing the necessary events and activities to promote the schools,
  • Conducting perception, reputation, and satisfaction surveys,
  • Press Preparing newsletters,
  • Preparing promotional materials and monitoring the printing processes with suppliers,
  • Ensuring accurate and effective communication with all stakeholders of the institution (Board of Directors, Academic Board, Employees, Teachers, Parents, Students, Agencies, Media, Press, Suppliers, etc.),
  • Creating the institution's annual communication and marketing plans and budget,
