EDITORIAL DIRECTORATE DUTIES DEFINITIONS

  • To ensure the recording, safekeeping, distribution, and safekeeping of decisions made by the University Senate and the University Executive Board, under the instructions of the Secretary General.
  • To convey the decisions of the University Senate and the University Executive Board to university-affiliated units, under the instructions of the Secretary General.
  • To manage correspondence between the Rectorate and the General Secretariat, under the instructions of the Secretary General.
  • To manage the institution's document flow: initial registration.
  • To ensure the processing of external documents received by the institution by the Secretary General and Ensuring the transfer of documents by the Rectorate to the relevant units, ensuring the delivery of documents to the relevant units,
  • Guiding the units in the use of the EBYS Program,
  • Conducting internal correspondence,
  • Organizing the General Secretariat's archive materials by year and transferring them to the archives by the end of the year.
