As of the 2023-2024 academic year, there will be a mandatory internship training for one semester as part of the coursework in the second semester of the fourth grade. The internship period is calculated based on the 14-week Spring Academic Calendar, four days a week, for a total of 56 working days. Part of this period may include internships abroad, provided that it does not exceed seven weeks. The anticipated internships can be completed in public or private institutions and organizations. Various internship opportunities can be offered in institutions such as the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Family and Social Policies, Ministry of Justice, Prisons, Probation Institutions, Child Protection Institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Family and Social Policies, Nursing Homes, and their affiliated units or in private companies.
