Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory
Computer Vision can be defined as the process of processing visual data transferred to a digital environment. Computer vision systems are used in many fields, including medicine, robotics and industrial automation, remote sensing, the defense industry, security systems, and autonomous vehicles.
The primary goal of computer vision is to extract meaningful information from images or videos using software. Therefore, signal processing, image processing, Processing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and mathematical methods are the most fundamental system tools. The basic algorithms required for Computer Vision are taught in relevant courses within our faculty, and applications are carried out in the relevant laboratory.
