The program aims to enable students to gain experience related to working life while continuing their education, contribute to their professional and personal development, and develop a sense of work discipline.

Within the scope of the part-time student employment program, students are provided with the opportunity to work for a specified period and remuneration in various academic and administrative units of our University, provided that their academic studies are not disrupted. Through this program, it is aimed to support students' active participation in university life, enhance their sense of responsibility, and enable them to gain knowledge and experience related to working life.

Part-time student employment processes are carried out by taking into consideration the relevant criteria and principles established by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), the provisions of the applicable legislation, and the relevant regulations of our University. Within this framework, matters such as application and evaluation processes, the eligibility requirements for students, the number of students who may be employed, working hours, duties and responsibilities, remuneration, attendance and leave, and other relevant matters are determined in accordance with the applicable legislation and regulations.

Students employed on a part-time basis are expected to perform their duties in accordance with the needs of the relevant units and the established work schedule. During their employment, they are required to act in accordance with the institutional values of our University, the criteria established by the Council of Higher Education, the applicable legislation, and the principles governing the work environment.
