Dear Students,
Students who wish to establish a new student community at Ankara Bilim University are required to complete the application process through the Department of Health, Culture and Sports. In order for applications to be evaluated, the application file must be prepared completely in accordance with the relevant directive and submitted in compliance with the established procedures and principles.
The application petition for the establishment of a student community must include the following documents:

The name of the proposed student community,

The purpose and justification for its establishment,

A list of at least seven (7) founding students, including their student numbers, full names, faculty/department/program information, and contact details,

The community constitution (bylaws).
The application petition, forms, and sample documents required during the application process are available on this page. Applicants are required to complete all attached forms and documents accurately and in full and include them in their application file.
Applications containing missing documents, incomplete or incorrectly completed forms, or documents that do not comply with the provisions of the relevant directive may not be considered for evaluation. To avoid any inconvenience during the application process, applicants are strongly advised to carefully review the Ankara Bilim University Directive on Student Communities and the Department of Health, Culture and Sports and ensure that all required documents are prepared completely before submission.
