As the Directorate of Financial Affairs of Ankara Science University, we conduct all our operations in full compliance with the Tax Procedure Law, the Turkish Commercial Code, Higher Education Legislation, and the decisions of the Board of Trustees, within the framework of transparency and accountability principles. In line with these legal and institutional principles, protecting the financial integrity of our university is our most fundamental responsibility. While managing our financial processes, we meticulously plan our budget, cash flow, and funds; we closely follow current tax legislation and carry out all accounting records and tax payments in accordance with the law.
As a requirement of our working principles, we are committed to fulfilling our financial obligations to our internal and external stakeholders on time and in full. In this context, we securely organize the accrual and collection of our students' tuition fees and the salary payments of our academic and administrative staff. At the same time, we oversee the contract, procurement, and payment processes conducted with third parties providing goods and services to our university; we monitor the financial progress of ongoing projects; and we secure the insurance and fixed asset transactions of our university's assets.
