Internship Opportunities

As the Computer Programming Program, we recognize that internships are one of the most important stages where theoretical knowledge is reinforced through practical experience. We place great importance on internships to help our students develop their professional knowledge and skills, gain insight into software development processes, and prepare for professional life.

Mandatory Internship:
As part of the program curriculum, students are required to complete a 30-working-day mandatory internship in order to graduate. Internships are carried out in institutions and organizations that provide opportunities for students to develop their professional and practical skills, in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Internship Opportunities:
Our students can complete internships in various fields of the information technology sector, including:

  • Software Companies: Companies developing web, desktop, and mobile applications.
  • Public Institutions: Information technology departments of universities, municipalities, and other public organizations.
  • Private Sector: Banks, hospitals, manufacturing companies, e-commerce businesses, and IT departments providing software development and technical support.
  • Technoparks and R&D Centers: Companies specializing in software development, artificial intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity, and technological innovation.

Learning Outcomes During the Internship:
Throughout their internships, students gain professional competencies such as software development experience, teamwork, problem-solving, project development, version control practices, and professional discipline. They also have the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in courses such as programming, database management, web technologies, mobile application development, and artificial intelligence to real-world projects.

Career Opportunities:
Internships serve as an important bridge between students and the industry. A successful internship experience may lead to full-time employment or part-time job opportunities after graduation. Therefore, our program encourages students to complete their internships in qualified organizations and supports their professional career development.
