2027 Erasmus+ KA171 Project Application Process

Mandatory Orientation Meeting
Students selected for Erasmus+ mobility are required to attend the orientation meeting. If a student fails to attend the meeting without a valid excuse, 5 points will be deducted from their final evaluation score should they apply for the Erasmus+ Programme again.
Important Note on the Traineeship Mobility Calendar
The application and implementation dates for Student Mobility for Traineeships may vary according to the academic and traineeship calendars of the faculties and departments. Updated dates will be announced in the relevant calls.

The dates may be updated in accordance with Ankara Science University’s academic calendar, the implementation rules published by the Turkish National Agency, examination schedules and institutional requirements. Any changes will be announced on the Erasmus Coordination Office’s website.
