Implementation Handbooks
The Erasmus+ Higher Education Institutions Implementation Handbooks are prepared by the Turkish National Agency for the relevant contractual periods and set out the procedures, principles and rules governing the implementation of higher education student and staff mobility activities.
The Implementation Handbooks provide detailed information on application and selection procedures, student and staff mobility activities, grant calculations, travel support, inclusion support, academic recognition, mobility documents, payment procedures, reporting requirements and institutional responsibilities.
Erasmus+ activities carried out by Ankara Science University are implemented in accordance with the Implementation Handbook applicable to the relevant contractual period, the Erasmus+ Programme Guide, the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education, the Grant Agreement and other current documents published by the Turkish National Agency.
As implementation rules and grant amounts may vary according to the contractual period, participants are advised to consult the documents relating to the project and contractual year under which their mobility is carried out.
