Hello, I'm Ayça Ilıca. I'm a second-year New Media and Communication student at Ankara University. I attended a Virtual Business Management training course as part of the Erasmus+ program from April 8-12, 2024. The program took place in Thessaloniki, Greece, and this short experience was both enjoyable and educational.

During the training, I had the chance to meet people from six countries and make new friends. While spending time together in group sessions, I had the opportunity to learn about new cultures.

On the first day, we were greeted warmly upon arrival at the training center where the program was held. After an introduction session with all participants, we were briefed on the general flow of the training. The main focus of the training was the concept of Virtual Business Management. The instructors provided detailed information on topics such as business management and digital marketing. Each day, presentations were given on different topics, and participants worked in groups to conduct various research projects. Thanks to this program, I also developed my skills in my field. For example, I prepared presentations using presentation techniques, had the opportunity to use a professional camera, and participated in interactive activities organized by the instructors.

Beyond our studies, we also had time to explore Thessaloniki. It was fascinating to see the city's historical and cultural riches. We visited many important sites, including the White Tower, Atatürk's House, and Byzantine ruins. I also had the opportunity to sample Greek cuisine.
