REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
* Students accepted via Transfer must complete their registration procedures in person at the Registrar's Office between September 7–11, 2026.
Registrations via e-registration, email, or postal mail will not be accepted.
* The documents required for registration are listed below.
1) 5 Passport-Size Photos (Must have been taken within the last 6 months.)
2) Military Service Certificate ("Military Status Document" for male applicants born in 2006 or earlier) (E-Devlet printout.)
3) Student Certificate (E-Devlet printout from the previous university attended) (Documents issued directly by the university will not be accepted.)
4) Certificate of No Obstacle to Transfer (Must be submitted during registration by students who did not upload it to the application system.)
5) Bank Receipt for Tuition Fee Payment (For detailed information on payment procedures, you may contact the Department of Financial Affairs.) (Tuition fee information for the 2026-2027 Academic Year is provided below as a link)
6) Education and Training Agreement (Click for Document)
7) Explicit Consent Form (Click for Document)
8) Letter of Commitment (Click for Document)
