Individuals with this status who are employed by another institution may work as research assistants on BAP projects if they are on leave from their respective institutions.
Documents related to all transactions and expenditures related to scientific research projects are maintained and kept available for audit in accordance with the procedures and principles approved by the University's authorized bodies and the general provisions of the relevant legislation. Our university's purchasing procedures apply to all purchases. For purchases made within the scope of the project, you must complete the purchasing form and contact our university's Purchasing Department.
You can make transfers between your project's budget items. However, changes can only be made between approved budget items. Transfers between items are not possible for expenses not included in the project contract.
