For all internship processes, including internships carried out under the National Internship Program, compulsory internships, and voluntary internships, all required internship documents must be submitted to or received by the Human Resources Directorate at least 2 weeks prior to the internship start date.
Please be advised that the University cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruptions that may occur in the internship process, particularly regarding Social Security Institution (SGK) registration procedures, due to documents that are not submitted to or received by the Human Resources Directorate within the specified period.
In order to ensure that your internship processes are carried out smoothly and without any disruption, we kindly ask you to ensure that all required documents are submitted to the Human Resources Directorate accurately, completely, and on time.
