The writing section of 2026-2027 Fall Term Proficiency Exam will take place on Wednesday, 9 September 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00. The student lists for exam rooms are attached.

Please note that no make-up or excuse exams will be administered for the English Proficiency Exam. Students who do not attend the exam will not be given another opportunity to take it.

Students must be present in their exam rooms at least 15 minutes before the exam start time.

It is the student’s responsibility to bring their student ID card, pen, eraser, and any other required stationery.

The use of mobile phones, smart watches, or any other electronic devices with internet access is strictly prohibited during the exam. Before the exam begins, students must leave their electronic devices in the designated area in the exam room.

Students who disturb other examinees, disrupt the exam process, or are found cheating will have their exam terminated, and an official report will be filed.

If students are mistakenly allowed to sit the exam, their results will be considered invalid.
