Modeling and Simulation Laboratory
The computers in the Modeling and Simulation Laboratory are equipped with the software necessary to solve problems arising in the manufacturing and service sectors using simulation techniques. The laboratory is used in IE 232 Operations Research I, IE 333 Operations Research II, and IE 327 System Simulation courses. Additionally, students have the opportunity to work on projects, projects, and independently in this lab.
This lab is also used for CAD drawings in the IE 112 Computer Aided Technical Drawing course.
Laboratory Facilities
The Modeling and Simulation Laboratory was established in 2023 and consists of 40 computers. All computers have an internet connection.
Software available on computers:
- General-purpose Microsoft Office and MS Visio.
- Optimization: Lingo11
- Simulation: Arena 13.5, SIMAN
- Statistics: Minitab 15, SPSS
- CAD: Auto CAD
