Health, Culture and Sports Department Budget - Accrual Branch Directorate
Ensures the implementation of the annual Budget Law within the framework of Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018 and in accordance with the Central Government Expenditure Documents Regulation.
Our Duties
Our Directorate, within the Health, Culture and Sports Department, is responsible for the implementation of our Department's own revenues. The Department operates in accordance with the Budget Law and its related regulations regarding the preparation and effective and efficient implementation of the budget.
- Preparing the revenue budget and ensuring its effective and efficient implementation,
- Taking measures to increase revenue and reduce expenses,
- Preparing the Unit Strategic Plan and Unit Activity Report,
- Conducting audits of movable assets, movable warehouses, and Movable Registration Authorities within the scope of Movable Assets Regulation and submitting the Spending Unit Management Account to the relevant authorities,
- Our Presidency carries out all kinds of To audit and report income and expenses in accordance with legislation.
- To ensure that insurance premiums are paid to the relevant institution by conducting Work Accident and Occupational Disease Insurance and General Health Insurance transactions for our university students who are required to complete their education in accordance with relevant legislation, who are completing internships as part of elective courses, or who are completing internships on an optional basis.
- To manage the payment and insurance procedures of our university students who are deemed suitable for employment under the Part-Time Student Work Program.
- To manage the administrative units of our Presidency. and to provide legal consultancy to service units as needed,
- To perform other duties assigned by the relevant legislation and the Spending Authority.
