Announcement of Summer School Letter Grades in the Student Information System

 

Summer School Fees;

For the preparatory class;

All Students: 55,000.00 TL
 

Students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs;

For all students: 7,000.00 TL per ECTS

  • After the Summer School calls are made, course registrations will be made automatically.< / li>
  • Summer School credits will be called online and must be done through the system with a credit card.< / li>
  • Installments will not be made for Summer School credits and will be charged as a single October. (The installment process that our students will make from their own banks from the education Dec. campaigns is between the bank and the student. Our school does not have a credit card installment system.)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. The student can take 4 (dört) courses in the summer study, the total ECTS of which does not exceed 21.< / li>
  2. In the summer school, at least 5 (five)students must have registered for the course in order for a course to be completed. Courses with fewer than 5 (five) students enrolled are closed, and the fees of students who enrolled in the closed courses are refunded.< / li>
  3. In summer education, students who are eligible to take courses from courses that they did not take, failed, or want to improve their grades in the lower semesters can also take courses belonging to the lower class. The most recent grade received in the course is valid.< / li>
  4. The General Grade Point Average (GPA) rule of 1.69 in ordinary dönem is also valid in Summer education. Course add/drop and transfer registration procedures do not apply during summer school.< / li>
  5. In the summer school, attendance to classes is mandatory. Even if the attendance requirement for a course has been met earlier, this does not eliminate the attendance obligation. In summer school, students are required to participate in the course, practice, laboratory and other educational-educational activities that they are enrolled in, exams and other necessary accessions required by or related to the teaching element. Students' attendance at all classes is essential. Students who do not attend at least 70% of theoretical courses and at least 80% of practical courses are considered absent. A student who fails to meet the minimum attendance requirement for a course is considered unsuccessful in that course and cannot take the final exams for that course. For courses failed due to absenteeism, there is a requirement to attend the retake sessions. There is an unconditional attendance requirement for the practical components of repeated practical courses.< / li>
  6. Due to the fact that there is a course attendance requirement, the current course cannot be taken in summer education.< / li>

  2. In the Summer School, the requested course cannot be taken from a different university if it is a üni university. However, courses that are not offered can be taken at different universities. If a student of our university who wants to take courses from a different university needs to get the approval of the appropriate göl/m/ program presidency and the relevant yönetim board of the relevant böl/m/ program department.< / li>

  4. There are no make-up exams or final exams in summer school.< / li>
  5. Evaluation and achievement grade in the summer school are made according to the undergraduate and undergraduate education system of our university.< / li>
  6. A student who obtains the right to graduate as a result of the courses he /she has taken and achieved in the summer school is entitled to receive a diploma at the end of the summer school.< / li>
  7. It is permissible for a student from another university to take courses from our university with the decision of the relevant board at their own university. If another university student takes a course from our university, the cret applied to our own student will be taken, different cretting will not be performed.< / li>
