The Spirit of the National Struggle Meets Art: "Echoing Hills" in Hürriyet Newspaper!

Ankara Science University Rector Prof. Dr. Yavuz Demir's unique work, "Echoing Hills," which blends the spirit of the National Struggle with art, has garnered widespread attention in the national press. Murat Yılmaz, a columnist for Hürriyet newspaper, featured this valuable work in his column today, sharing its historical and artistic significance with his readers.

This symphonic poem, created with the belief that history should not remain merely a narrative but should be reflected in painting, poetry, and music, tells the story of the Great Offensive through the symbolic representations of two hills: Namazgâh Tepe and Duatepe. "Echoing Hills," which has been performed by some of the most distinguished ensembles in our country, including the Istanbul Symphony Orchestra, the Presidential Symphony Orchestra, and the Ankara State Opera and Ballet, can be listened to on YouTube. We extend our thanks to Hürriyet newspaper and to Mr. Murat Yılmaz for writing this meaningful article.
