Dear Students,
The Stage II Speaking Exam of the Proficiency Exam will take place on Thursday, 15 January 2026 at 10:30. The list of exam rooms for students is attached.
Please note that no make-up or excuse exams will be administered for the English Proficiency Exam. Students who do not attend the exam will not be given another opportunity to take it.
Students must be present in their exam rooms at least 15 minutes before the exam start time.
It is the student’s responsibility to bring their student ID card, pen, eraser, and any other required stationery.
The use of mobile phones, smart watches, or any other electronic devices with internet access is strictly prohibited during the exam. Before the exam begins, students must leave their electronic devices in the designated area in the exam room.
Students who disturb other examinees, disrupt the exam process, or are found cheating will have their exam terminated, and an official report will be filed.
If students who do not meet attendance requirements or the minimum term GPA criteria are mistakenly allowed to sit the exam, their results will be considered invalid.
The rules stated above apply to all students taking the exam.
