Asst. Prof. Seda Bahadır and Research Assistant Zekiye Kara from our faculty participated in the 6th International Congress on Aviation Management (ICAM 2026), hosted by Samsun University’s School of Civil Aviation on 22–24 October 2026.
They presented research on the career development and professional experiences of women air traffic controllers and the measurement of safety silence motives in civil aviation.
