For students studying abroad, the original and photocopy of their passports for the years they studied abroad or a document showing their entry and exit records from the Police Departments.

For candidates who graduated from high schools abroad, an equivalency certificate to be obtained from the Ministry of National Education, Board of Education and Training.
Important Information

Applications must be submitted in person or with a notarized power of attorney to the Student Affairs Department with all documents complete. Delays in postal delivery will not be taken into account. A maximum of two different programs can be applied to within the same semester.

Applications with incomplete documents will not be considered.

If the right to transfer is not granted, the application documents and application fee will not be refunded.

The evaluation of candidates who meet the application requirements is carried out by the commission formed by the faculty to which the applied program belongs.
The final decision is made by the relevant Faculty Board. -
Candidates who do not complete their final registration within the specified period lose their right to transfer.

In transfers from higher education institutions abroad, the number of students to be accepted into a program from the same higher education institution cannot exceed 15% of the international quota of the relevant class.

In accordance with the decision of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), students studying in the TRNC must apply for the spring semester.
