Management Information Systems (MIS), business and informatics subjects are studied together; It is an area that brings people, processes and technology together, and its importance is increasing day by day. Beyond just knowing the software, the design and implementation of the software in a way that will increase the efficiency of the business and managers is done by the experts of management information systems. Most of the curriculum of the department consists of informatics courses such as computer software, hardware and computer networks. In addition, IT managers and designers are trained with courses such as business-oriented basic courses and informatics law, which include business and management functions. In addition, subjects such as e-commerce, e-government, e-invoice, business intelligence and decision support systems that will help managers make easy decisions are within the scope of MIS.
In the department of management information systems, students will learn to connect all kinds of real or virtual jobs and work together, so that they will help people in decision-making processes by transforming the data obtained in the field of information and technology into information. Students will be able to take part in programming skills, project management, design, implementation and testing, thus producing and distributing knowledge effectively and efficiently.

At the same time, graduates of the department can find jobs in many fields such as human resources specialist, business analyst and development specialist, project manager.
