STEP BY STEP ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION

System Login
By clicking the "Log In” link on www.turkiye.gov.tr, System login is performed by the appropriate login method (e-government password, electronic signature, mobile signature). If you do not have an E-Government password, you should get an E-Government password from the PTT branch. You can access the e-government page if you have a password by typing https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/yok-universite-ekayit in your browser's address line, downloading the mobile e-government application to your smartphone, or clicking the button below.
Education Fee
You should have deposited the required fee before you start e-Government registration. The registration process approval of the students placed with 100% scholarship shall be given automatically.
Information Update
Your e-mail and mobile phone information in your e-Government Gateway profile should be defined and verified to benefit from the Electronic Registration service. If you have not confirmed your contact information before, enter your e-mail and mobile phone information into the system by clicking the “Update My Information Now” button on the screen that appears. Verify both by following the instructions on the screen. You should write the code in the message sent to your e-mail address and the code in the text message sent to your mobile phone on the relevant screens for the verification process. After completing these steps, open the service again.
If you have already defined and verified your contact information, this warning message will not appear. Please proceed to the next step.
Registration
Carefully read the information on the screen at this stage and ensure that all of them are complete and accurate. If all the information is complete and accurate, and if you have read and understood all the warnings and announcements on the page, write "YES" to the fields below and click the "Apply" button to complete your process. If your information is missing or inaccurate, do not proceed.
Document Imaging
When you complete your application, you will display your barcoded electronic registration document on this screen. Here you can save the file to your computer using the "Download File" link. Do not use the "Print" command in your browser to print out your document. First, download the document to your computer to print out, then open the downloaded file and print it.
Registration Check
After completing your registration, you can check your registration by logging again into the service. Here you can see the information about the registration process you have made and download the registration document created by you before to your computer.
NOTE:
Students who have registered over E-Government do not need to come to the university and register again. However, the printout of the registration document and other documents required for registration should be sent to the University by mail.

Students who have completed the registration process can get their student ID card and certificate from the Registrar's Office from the beginning of the academic year.
