MISSION OF REGISTRY

  1. To enable the decisions taken by the University Senate and the University Board of Management to be written, protected, distributed, and stored by the instruction of the Secretary-General,
  2. To convey the decisions of the University Senate and the University Board of Management to the units affiliated with the University, with the instruction of the Secretary-General,
  3. To execute the correspondence of the Rectorate and the Secretary-General with the instruction of the Secretary-General,
  4. To execute the document flow of the institution: to make the first registration,
  5. To enable the documents coming from outside the institution to be transferred to the relevant units by the Secretary-General and the Rector's Office, to carry out the delivery of the documents to the relevant units by debiting,
  6. To guide the units in the use of the EBYS Program,
  7. To make internal correspondence,
  8. To organize the archive materials of the Secretary-General unit by year to transfer them to the archive by the end of the year.
