DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF HUMAN RESOURCES

  1. To carry out works in the department to comply with the mission, vision, and core values of the institution,
  2. To plan the academic and administrative personnel policy and strategy of the University,
  3. To coordinate and inspect the studies related to the development of the organizational structure of the University,
  4. To determine or ensure to be determined the number and qualifications of the academic and administrative personnel required and to plan and coordinate the future human resources planning accordingly,
  5. To coordinate the evaluation of the qualifications of the administrative and academic personnel candidates who have applied or who have been appointed to work at the university and the recruitment of those deemed appropriate,
  6. To plan and coordinate the implementation of regulations increasing the success, level of compliance, motivation, and productivity of academic and administrative staff,
  7. To develop and inspect success scales for the evaluation of the performance of academic and administrative personnel,
  8. To provide and inspect the necessary procedures for the methods to determine in-service training needs of the administrative staff, to the determination of the method to be applied and periodic training needs,
  9. To comply with the rules of occupational health and safety, to ensure that the people under its responsibility comply with these rules,
  10. To ensure that the activities in the field of duty and responsibility are carried out in accordance with the definitions and requirements of the current Internal Control System,
  11. To be responsible for the quality of the work performed and to control the quality of the work performed within its own area of responsibility,
  12. To fulfill other duties assigned by the manager concerning its field of duty.
