Registration Guide

📢 Dear Students,
We congratulate you on being eligible to enroll in Ankara Bilim University and wish you success in your education. All the information you will need during the final registration process is explained step by step below.

1. Registration Methods

Registration via e-Government

Date:September 1 - 3, 2025
Address: www.turkiye.gov.tr

Steps:

Log in with your e-Government password.
Complete your process from the 'E-Services' → 'Council of Higher Education' → 'University E-Registration' tab.
Be sure to print and keep your registration document.

Important:

Registrations for students with full scholarships will be opened automatically through the system.
Registration for paying students will be opened after confirmation is made with bank payment lists or receipts sent to kayit@ankarabilim.edu.tr.
Students who register via e-Government do not need to come to the university, but their documents must be delivered by mail or by hand by September 22, 2025 at the latest.

Face to Face Registration

Date: September 1 - 5, 2025
Time: 09:00 - 17:30
Location: Ankara Science University

Faculty-based registration dates:

September 1 - 3, 2025 → Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Vocational School
September 3 - 5, 2025 → Faculty of Law, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design

Students who do not register on the specified dates should contact the Student Affairs Office.

2. Documents Required for Final Registration

ÖSYS (YKS) Result Document
Original diploma or E-Government Graduation Certificate
Copy of identity card (can be obtained via e-Government)
Residence certificate (can be obtained via e-Government)
Military service status document for male candidates (can be obtained via e-Government)
5 passport photos (4.5 x 6 cm, taken within the last 6 months)
Bank receipt / payment document or payment plan received from contracted banks

3. Payment Transactions

Payment methods:

Credit Card (single payment)
8 installment options through partner banks (bank representatives will be present at the university during registration week).

The receipt or payment plan received after payment must be submitted during registration.

4. Course Registration and Training Calendar

Preparatory Exemption Exam (Exemption Exam):

The dates for the 2025-2026 Academic Year English Preparatory Exam are listed below:

First Phase (TEST): September 9, 2025
Second Stage (Writing and Speaking): September 11 - 12, 2025

English Preparatory education is mandatory for students enrolled in English-medium programs at our university. However, students who wish to be exempt from preparatory education must take the preparatory exam, which will be held at the beginning of the fall semester.

1st Grade Students

Course registration procedures with faculty/department advisors will be carried out between 15 - 19 September 2025 via the Student Information System (OBS).

Students must be in contact with their advisors during the course registration process and confirm the suitability of the courses they have chosen.

Classes at our university will start on September 22, 2025.s

5. Special Circumstances

Temporary registrations will be made for students who have not completed their secondary education graduation.

Deadline for submission of documents:

December 31, 2025 → For students with one course remaining
January 31, 2026 → For Open Education High School students

Temporary registrations of students who do not submit documents by this date will be deleted.
