DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

*Students accepted through Horizontal Transfer complete their registration process as follows: They can apply face-to-face by coming to the Student Affairs Office between September 9-12, 2025.

The documents to be brought for registration are listed below.

1) 5 Passport Photographs (Last 6 months) (Must be drawn within.)

2) Military Service Certificate (Military Service Status Certificate for Male Candidates Born in 2005 and Earlier) (Can be obtained from e-Government.)

3) Horizontal Document Proving That There Are No Obstacles to Entry (Students who do not submit it during the application must obtain it from the university where they previously attended.)

4) Bank Receipt Proving that the Tuition Fee Has Been Paid (Bank receipts must include your Turkish ID (Please make sure to include your number, name, and surname.)

5) Education Agreement (To be completed upon registration.)

6) Explicit Consent Text (To be completed upon registration.)

7) Commitment (To be completed upon registration.)

 

NOTE: Students with missing documents will not be registered.

PROCEDURES TO BE CARRIED OUT AFTER REGISTRATION

Our university is accepting students who registered through horizontal transfer in the 2025-2026 academic year. Students will be asked to take English proficiency exams for their English (Preparatory) program. Detailed information will be announced by our University Preparatory School on its website.

- Students exempt from the Preparatory Exam and students starting in first year must register for courses through the Student Information System. Advisor information can be accessed through the Student Information System. (You can access the Student Information System via the following link:https://obs.ankarabilim.edu.tr)

- Classes will begin at our university on September 22, 2025.
