For students who want to be exempt from the 1st and 2nd Year Academic English courses coded ENG 101, ENG 102, ENG 201 and ENG 202 opened in programs whose language of instruction is entirely English at our university, an exemption exam will be held on September 30, 2024 between 15:00 and 16:00. In this exam, students who get 70 and above will be exempt from ENG 101 and ENG 102 courses, and students who get 80 and above will be exempt from ENG 101, ENG 102, ENG 201 and ENG 202 courses. The exam will be held in test format. Exam halls will be announced later. After making necessary application to their faculties, the students who want to take the exam can come and take the exam with their student IDs. YÖK compulsory language courses taught in Turkish departments are not within the scope of the exemption.
